Nicker poster paints are ridiculously cheap in Japan. A 40ml tub is only about 2 USD each. Colors like Opera are not lightfast as is with every medium the BV10 dye is used with. However, a lot of the Nicker colors are extremely lightfast so you will be rewarded for spending some time paying attention to the lightfastness ratings.

This is amazing You make it look so easy that ive actually tried to follow along the 6 paintings part Ive only done the first and second one the second one isnt as difficult as i imagined it to be the first one tho i cant seem to get the clouds to be as good as yours (i think its more because all of my clouds are the same size, so the drawing looks flat[?]) very excited to continue with the rest of the paintings

Can you please tell me what kind of paper is that called? The one you used for printing....is it normal printing paper or something else also the gsm....it would be great help for me😅

1:13 LOVE this info but two things: 1) “cleaning off the palette” is just wasting paint. Use it up, collect it in a composition book of “unwasted paint”, have a sketchbook for using up the paint. Mix it all together and make “palette grey” and make some monochromatic sketches. There’s SO much that can be done with paint leftover from a painting session. 2) WHY bother having two water jars if you’re dirtying BOTH of them up? The whole point of having two is to have one for cleaning brushes and the other for CLEAN water to mix colors, wet the paper, etc.
